Things that would make my life easier as a parent
I've been thinking lately, about what would make my life easier as a Parent of three young ones... and I have decided on these top 5. Surely it is not hard to get someone to invent these, they would make a fortune!
1. Drive through chemist - why is it that I always need the chemist at the most inconvenient times, usually the middle of the night, so I am in pyjamas and I have a sick child who is miserable, and also in pyjamas - often vomiting, snotty, irritable or all of the above ! The last thing I want to do is get them out, and myself and go get the items I need. If this can not be arranged then can the drive through bottle shops please start stocking - baby panadol, nurofen, child panadol, nurofen and amoxil. Thank you in advance!
2. Express Checout at the Petrol Station - I have to do this more often than not at the supermarket, and usually I have kids wanting to scan stuff too... yet where I need it most is at the petrol bowser, how hard is it to put the little eftpos machine next to the bowser so I can swipe, or touch to pay and off I go.. It drives me crazy getting petrol with the kids!!
3. Automatic Swing -When I go to the park, all they ever REALLY LOVE doing is going on the swings, and I have three kids that all want to be pushed, so like a fool with a coffee in one hand I try to push them all, by running between them.. please can someone make this an automatic thing, where I press a button and it swings them - there are baby chairs that do this, it really shouldn't be a hard thing... I am even happy to pay for this, heck I use that many $2 coins on the rides in shopping centres that go round and round... at least with the automatic swing I can drink my coffee in peace. Again, thank you in advance!
4. Refill buttonI need a button on my coffee mug, or wine glass for that matter that simply says "refill"- yes, I am aware this one may be slightly harder to invent, but I would appreciate it greatly...
5. Silent Vacuum Cleaner my window of opportunity to vacuum is very small, if it was silent I could do it once they are in bed without the fear of waking them, actually I would also like my hair dryer to be silent also.
That is my top 5. If you can help me in any way with those, I will love you forever...
