Ingredients

  • 1½ kilogram Pork Shoulder
  • 1 Smokey BBQ Sauce Jar (Masterfoods)
  • ½ Cabbage
  • ½ Cabbage (Purple)
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 wholegrain mustard
  • 1 cup Mayonaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
This recipe was created to serve 6 people. We have changed the ingredient quantities to suit your preferred number of servings, but please take care as cooking times may vary for larger quantities.

  2. 1) pre heat oven 150°c
  3. 2)place pork in roasting try coat in sauce, slow cook in oven for 4hours
  4. 3) one pork is cooked shred using forks, after slow cooking it should fall apart
  5. Coleslaw recipe
  6. 1)place mayonnaise,sour cream, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and whole grain mustard in bowl and mix together
  7. 2)place sliced cabbage, carrots and spring onion in the bowl
  8. 3)mix all together
