- 1) pre heat oven 150°c
- 2)place pork in roasting try coat in sauce, slow cook in oven for 4hours
- 3) one pork is cooked shred using forks, after slow cooking it should fall apart

- 1)place mayonnaise,sour cream, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and whole grain mustard in bowl and mix together
- 2)place sliced cabbage, carrots and spring onion in the bowl
- 3)mix all together
