This is my absolute favourite. I won't ever make spaghetti sauce any other way! Such a good way to get some extra veggies in the kiddies and so so tasty, and also to use up any veggies hanging around. I love love love this! I love to pair this recipe with the ricotta gnocci & serve with garlic bread. A sneaky wine for mummy & this is my perfect night in!

Method is a little vague on this one, although the egg and cream may seem obvious it would be beneficial to update the full method
